raSmith is pleased to announce that Chris Hitch has joined the firm as a senior project manager within the land development services division. Read the full press release below:

"BROOKFIELD, Wis. — Chris Hitch has joined raSmith in Brookfield, Wis., as a senior project manager within the firm’s land development services division.

Hitch has 20 years of experience providing site planning, design, entitlement and construction support services to the land development industry. His portfolio includes a broad range of commercial, educational, industrial, health care, long-term care, mixed-use, recreational, multi-family and single-family residential developments.

As a senior project manager at raSmith, Hitch is responsible for due diligence investigation, site feasibility analysis, design oversight and permitting coordination on projects throughout Wisconsin. He is an advocate for innovative stormwater practices and green infrastructure, as well as a member of the firm’s urban design team.

Hitch is a professional engineer licensed in Wisconsin, a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville."
