Michael Baker International is pleased to announce that Sue Barker, PE was promoted to Office Manager, overseeing Michael Baker’s Madison and Milwaukee offices and managing the offices’ business activities. Sue is an active member of ACEC Wisconsin and brings over 30 years of industry experience in transportation planning, design, construction management, and public involvement to her new role.
