Awards Banquet - 2020 & 2021 Celebrations

Join us for a combined banquet to celebrate our 2020 and 2021 award winners. We'll be honoring Chair's Award and Lifetime Achievement Award winners, both classes of Leadership Institute graduates and both years of Engineering Excellence Awards winners. We will be celebrating in style at the Osthoff Resort in beautiful Elkhart Lake. We encourage all members to join us back in-person to recognize the achievements of the engineering industry these last couple years.

Four-Peppercorn Seared Filet Mignon
7 Oz. Black Angus Tenderloin of Beef, Peppercorn-Seared and Deglazed with Cognac, Finished with Cream, Served with Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes with Crème Fraîche and Chives

Prosciutto-Wrapped Pacific Halibut
Marinated with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Lemon and Basil, Wrapped in Prosciutto, Served with Creamy Lemon Risotto and Salsa Verde

Roasted Mushroom Ravioli (Vegetarian)
Ravioli with Mélange of Roasted Mushrooms and Ricotta Cheese, Butter-Sautéed Baby Spinach with Porcini Mushroom Butter Sauce
