Brennen Fischer wins 2024 Young Professional of the Year Honors

The 2024 Young Professional of the Year Award goes to Brennen Fischer, PE, CFM!

We are thrilled to recognize and celebrate the outstanding achievements of our young members who embody the spirit of innovation, dedication, and excellence engineering.

Brennen's commitment to giving back to the community is truly inspiring. Not only does he excel in his role as a Team Leader at Ruekert & Mielke, but he also dedicates his time and expertise to various professional organizations. His active involvement in our Emerging Professionals and Water Committees, coupled with his recent graduation from the Leadership Institute, showcases his dedication to the profession and ACEC Wisconsin.

His endeavors extend beyond his professional pursuits. He is an active volunteer with Milwaukee organizations, including Milwaukee Riverkeeper Cleanup, Adopt-a-Highway Clean-ups, Big Brothers, Big Sisters Foundation, UW Milwaukee Engineers Without Borders Run-4-Water, Alzheimer's Association Annual Walk to End Alzheimer's, and Veteran Honor Flight.

Brennen's contributions to our industry exemplify the potential and talent of our emerging professionals.
