Bylaws Revisions Approved by the Membership

Following approval by the Board of Directors, the ACEC WI membership voted to approve the suggested revisions via ballot. Approval was unanimous of the quorum votes received.

The ACEC WI Board of Directors is committed to maintaining good governance practices. Part of this process is a periodic review of our governing documents, including our organization bylaws. We also utilized the expertise of ACEC National’s legal team during the revision process. This process resulted in bylaws that are modernized, streamlined and most importantly compliant with current legal standards for trade associations.
