Leadership Institute Class of 2026: Preliminary Schedule Released

The Leadership Institute Class of 2026 offers Wisconsin design professionals a unique opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills and advance their careers. Over six dynamic sessions, participants will explore key topics, including:  

  1. A/E Firm Leadership: Develop self-awareness and learn how to lead others effectively.
  2. Business Development and Marketing: Master strategies to win work and drive business growth.
  3. Running the Business: Gain confidence in managing firm operations.
  4. Risk Management for Future Firm Leaders: Learn to identify and mitigate risks critical to leadership roles.
  5. Government Affairs 101: Understand the intersection of public policy and the design industry.
  6. Work-Life Balance for an Effective Leader: Discover strategies for sustainable personal and professional success.

The final schedule will be released in mid-May, with applications due in early July 2025.
