JT Engineering, Inc. (JT) is pleased to announce that Doug Sina, PE has been named President of the firm effective January 1, 2021. Doug succeeds retiring JT founder, Jill Treadway, PE.

Founded in 2005 by Jill Treadway, JT currently employs over 80 hardworking and dedicated professionals with office locations in Chippewa Falls, Green Bay, Madison, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. JT serves public and private sector clients in Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Texas, and Wisconsin.

“This marks an exciting new chapter for JT,” said Jill. “I am 100% confident in Doug and the new ownership group and am very excited about the firm’s continued success. Clients will continue to work with the same dedicated professionals and receive the high-quality services you’ve come to expect from JT.”

Doug began his career at JT in 2011 after 10 years of prior industry experience. He led the charge in opening JT’s Madison office as Southwest Regional Manager before becoming Vice President in 2016. Doug has been a leading force behind JT’s strategic growth and was promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations in 2020.
