Baxter & Woodman is pleased to announce that Doug Snyder has been appointed vice president of Water/Wisconsin and Gary Vogel has been appointed Wisconsin water department manager. Read the full press release below:

'Baxter & Woodman Inc. is pleased to announce the appointments of Mr. Doug Snyder, PE to Vice President of Water/Wisconsin and Mr. Gary Vogel, PE to Wisconsin Water Department Manager.

“Doug and Gary have combined experience of almost 60 years focused on successful planning, design, and construction of water facilities throughout Wisconsin.  They are the ideal team to manage water projects and provide exceptional client service to government agencies throughout the state.” said Louis D. Haussmann, PE, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Snyder earned his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of Wisconsin and Illinois and also serves as Wisconsin Region Manager.

Mr. Vogel has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin and Illinois.'
