WisDOT Design Awards

Nominations for the 2019 WisDOT Design Awards are now open. Read the full statement from Dan Tyler below:

This is a call for Nominations for the 2019 Design Awards! The awards will be presented at the Transportation Improvement Conference on March 4th, 2020, as an opportunity to celebrate excellent design work.

Please find information about the Design Awards program here, including the judging criteria and nomination requirements. Note that we revised the judging criteria for structures nominations.

Each region is encouraged to submit one nomination in each of the following seven categories:

Best Structure - WisDOT                   Best Structure - Consultant/Municipality

Best Urban Project - WisDOT             Best Urban Project - Consultant/Municipality

Best Rural Project - WisDOT              Best Rural Project - Consultant/Municipality

Best Local Program Project

Please consider which projects you may wish to nominate and obtain pictures while weather conditions permit.
