Leadership Institute Class of 2023 Holds Its First Session

The Leadership Institute Class of 2023 kicked off its journey last week at Hotel Northland in Green Bay. Classmates met for the first time for two days of learning, activities and engagement. Stephanie Christensen is leading this year's group as class advisor and John Geddie helped the class understand what it means to be a leader in the engineering industry. The class also heard from Paula Schultz, Doug Sina and Steve Wurster about their experiences as leaders in their firms. The class will come back together in early November to continue their journey!
